The format of my 2020 blogs was inspired by James Clear’s “3-2-1” Thursdays. Building from my recent book UNBEATABLE! Seven Pillars of Personal Excellence, each week you will receive One Pillar, One Principle and One Practical.

One Pillar

“But the noble man makes noble plans and by noble deeds he stands”-Isaiah, Old Testament prophet.

One Principle

Acts of nobility flow from a character of integrity, a twin pillar. Integrity refines the inner person and fuels the internal system of self-evaluation that leads to right conduct. This right behaviour is at the heart of nobility. It is doing the right thing every single time, whether or not someone else is looking.

One Practical

Make a correct decision this week when no one else is there to see you make it.

To learn more about these pillars of personal excellence, read UNBEATABLE! which is now available on Amazon in print and as an e-book.

Indeed Michelle. I, too, want to have the consistency of making the right decision, whether in private or public.

I myself have to constantly be reminded that, I have to always make the right decision. I must be the first example. However, as human beings we fail at times, but my consolation is Fail means (first attempt in learning ).

I love that acronym Liz! First Attempt In Learning=FAIL. Good stuff. Indeed, we must persevere in seeking to master acts of nobility. It is worth the effort.

Got a chance to really read this blog tonight and be noble is important. To be what you suppose to be in all situation can something be hard.

Nobility is one of those inner traits that can help us to live meaningfully and purposefully. Let’s keep pressing on, together, Shawn!
